Nominations invited for CIS Excellence Awards
In an effort to recognise and reward the high degrees of creativity, innovation and excellence in Scotland's catering, hospitality and tourism industries, nominations are now being invited for the CIS Excellence Awards 2009.
Open to all types of established and emerging businesses and individuals involved in these sectors, the CIS Excellence Awards are positioned as the industry's ultimate accolade. From chefs, foodie pubs, colleges and contract caterers, to hotels, restaurants, local authorities and food-tourism enterprises, there is a category to suit you or your business.
The healthyliving award, in
association with Healthier Scotland, is sponsoring the Healthier Scotland Award category. This award will recognise individuals or organisations which have made an
outstanding contribution to supporting and promoting healthier eating, and for
making it easier for people to eat healthily.
You may enter or nominate as many organisations or individuals as you wish, and nominations are open from now until Monday 16th March 2009. Full details of all 11 categories, plus criteria, judging guidelines and entry/nomination forms, are available at www.cis-excellenceawards.com.
