Sylvia Bowman is the Catering Manager at Esure Glasgow. She has worked for Elior for 14 years and has been a manager at Esure for the past six years.

Esure has maintained the healthyliving award for the past six years, which is a great achievement for all the staff in the catering team.

  • Q. What were your main reasons for applying for the healthyliving award?
  • A. To use it as a tool to improve the eating habits and therefore the health of our customers.
  • Q. What has achieving the award meant to your business?
  • A. Both Elior and Esure are delighted with the award. It is good advertising for us as caterers and enhances our reputation in the industry.
  • Q. Do you feel that going for the award has been worthwhile?
  • A. Yes, it has given me increased knowledge of the benefits from eating healthily, it promotes a feel-good factor to both staff and customers.
